Introducing our high-performance 16-bit digital temperature sensor meticulously designed to meet the demanding temperature monitoring needs of medical-grade thermometers and temperature tracking, medical device temperature monitoring, cold chain temperature logging, industrial process and machinery temperature monitoring, laboratory incubators, and RTD replacement. With a high-performance temperature sensing core and optimized configuration, these sensors provide stable and precise temperature measurements.

Featuring 16-bit (0.004℃) temperature resolution, this series ensures exceptional accuracy. It offers measurement accuracy up to ±0.1℃ (0℃ to 40℃) and ±0.2℃ (-30℃ to 70℃) with fast measurement times under 2ms. The temperature accuracy spans the entire range of -55℃ to 125℃, reaching an impressive ±0.4℃.

These sensors prioritize power efficiency, with an average current of only 0.25µA when measuring once per second, making them ideal for low power consumption applications, including wearables.
